Geoff Matley's building career started over 58 years ago. Upon establishing his own construction business, Geoff focused on architecturally designed homes and domestic renovations, including luxury residences.

The business progressed to include commercial building projects, such as:

• 55 KFC outlet fit-outs

• 50 ‘Holly’s Buffet’ restaurants for Kmart

• Numerous shop fit-outs in various shopping centres in the greater Sydney region

• The refurbishment of Checkers Resort for lodgings during the Sydney Olympics

• An ambitious Moulin Rouge-style fit out of the Copacabana Cabaret Theatre

• Project management of high-rise fit-outs in Sydney CBD

Geoff decided to take a step back from construction to channel his expertise into consultancy and project management.

Today, Geoff uses his extensive portfolio and body of experience to assist builders and owners with their developments and projects. Geoff's work provides consultancy services to a cross-section of clients, from homeowners and property developers to strata managers and insurance agencies.

Geoff’s consultancy services include property inspections, problem solving, strata unit maintenance plans, general investigation reports, and Expert Witness reports.
